eDIS stands for Electronic Delivery Instruction Slip. It is a facility introduced by CDSL that allows you to sell shares if you have not submitted your Power of Attorney (POA) to your broking company like Flattrade. It is to be noted that you can only sell the shares you are holding in your linked Demat account. 1. Login to you account using your credentials.
2. Click \u201cHoldings\u201d. \u201cE-DIS\u201d button will appear. Press the \u201cE-DIS\u201d button. Next screen will appear
3. Press \u201cGenerate EDIS\u201d
4. A new screen will appear with your holding shares and you can select the shares you wish to sell.
5. Enter the TPIN to to give authorization.
6. You will get an OTP to confirm your action.

The TPIN can be created randomly or according to your choice<\/p>

A) Creating TPIN randomly<\/strong>
1. Login to you account using your credentials.
2. Click \u201cHoldings\u201d. \u201cE-DIS\u201d button will appear.
3. Press the \u201cE-DIS\u201d button. You will taken to the next screen.
4. Here, select \u201cGenerate random TPIN\u201d. Now, you will receive the random TPIN through email and SMS. Now enter the random TPIN. Finally, you will receive an OTP to confirm you action.
5. Now you can sell you shares using the randomly generated TPIN. This random TPIN can be used on subsequent days also as it is permanent. You do not have to create random TPIN everyday.<\/p>

B) Creating TPIN according to your choice<\/span>
1. Login to you account using your credentials.
2. Click \u201cHoldings\u201d. \u201cE-DIS\u201d button will appear.
3. Press the \u201cE-DIS\u201d button. You will be taken to the next screen.
4. Press \u201cCreate TPIN of you choice\u201d. Next screen will appear.
5. Enter your BO ID and PAN. Now press \u201cNext\u201d button. You will receive an OTP to your registered email id and mobile number.
6. Enter the OTP and press \u201cNext\u201d
7. Now enter a TPIN of your choice under \u201cNew TPIN\u201d and repeat it under \u201cConfirm TPIN\u201d. Press \u201cSubmit\u201d to confirm. Now TPIN would be created successfully.
8. Now you can sell you shares using the TPIN created as per your choice. This TPIN is also permanent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
