Its net income increased 10% to Rs 2061 crore in the quarter, from Rs 1881 crorein the year-ago period. The company&#8217;s beauty and personal care segment grew 13% and contributed maximum to its topline.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Bajaj Auto<\/b>: The maker of Pulsar bikes posted a 100% increase in its net income to Rs 1061 crore in Q1 of FY22, from Rs 528 crore in the corresponding period of FY21. The company&#8217;s sales from operations grew 139.88% to Rs 7386 crore in the quarter, from Rs 3079 crore in the same quarter last year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>UltraTech Cement<\/b>: The company posted a strong standalone net profit of Rs 1681 crore for the quarter ended June of FY22, 108.56% higher than its net profit in Q1 of FY21. The net sales rose to Rs 11,327 crore in the quarter, from Rs 7290 crore in Q1 of last year.
