Adani Enterprises<\/strong>: The company’s subsidiary Adani Road Transport said it will acquire 49% stake in Maharashtra Border Check Post Network Ltd (MBCPNL), a subsidiary of Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited (SIPL) for Rs 1,680 crore. MBCPNL covers 20% of the commercial road traffic on India and connects Maharashtra to 6 neighbouring states. Shares of Adani Enterprises closed at Rs 1,430 per share.<\/p>

Devyani International<\/strong>: The company had a strong market debut on Monday as its shares got listed at Rs 141 on the bourses, a 57% above the issue price of Rs 90 per share. The IPO got a healthy response from the investors as the issue got subscribed 116.7 times. The qualified institutional buyers segment got subscribed 95.27 times, the non-institutional investors segment got subscribed 213 times, and the retail portion was subscribed 39.5 times. The shares closed at Rs 123.50 on Monday.<\/p>

Avenue Supermarts<\/strong>: The company which owns D-Mart stores surpassed Axis Bank and L&T in market capitalization as the shares prices hit a record high in intraday on Monday. The company’s management does not see any disruption in its supply chain and expects sales to pick up as lockdown restriction are lifter gradually. Shares of Avenue Supermarts hit a record high of Rs 3,655.95 in intraday and pared some gains to close at Rs 3633.50.<\/p>

Exxaro Tiles<\/strong>: The company made its stock market debut on Monday at Rs 126, compared with a issue price of Rs 120. The issue got subscribed 22.65 times. The qualified institutional buyers segment was subscribed 17.67 times, the non-institutional investors segment was subscribed 5.36 times, and the retail investor segment was subscribed 40.05 times.
