Procter & Gamble<\/strong>: The company posted a 29.2% fall in net profit ti Rs 48.98 crore in Apr-Jun quarter of FY22, against Rs 69.21 crore in the year-ago period. The company, which follows a July to June financial year, said its operating revenue rose 23.96% to Rs 786.59 crore in the quarter, as against Rs 634.53 crore in the year-ago period. For the whole financial year, sales stood at Rs 3574.14 crore.<\/p>

Adani Enterprises<\/strong>: The company has signed a MoU with the Civil Aviation Ministry for providing services such as customs, immigration, plant and animal quarantine services, health services, meteorological and security services at the Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram airports. In addition, a deal was signed between Adani Enterprises and Centre-run Airports Authority of India for providing communication navigation surveillance-air traffic management (CNS-ATM) services at these three airports.<\/p>

Airtel<\/strong>: The company’s board is planning to meet on August 29 to discuss various capital raising options. The fund raising options entail equity or equity linked or debt instruments, the telecom operator said in a regulatory filing.<\/p>

Future Retail<\/strong>: The company has appointed Sadashiv Nayak as its CEO with effect from Wednesday, according to a regulatory filing by the company. Nayak has been working with Future Group for over 17 years and as the CEO of Big Bazaar in the last eight years, he has played a pivotal role in Big Bazaar, the company said.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
