The company&#8217;s board will meet on August 29 to consider and approve the fundraising through equity or debt instruments.<\/p><p><strong>KNR Constructions<\/strong>: The company&#8217;s shares rose 2.71% to Rs 306.9, after the company said its board has approved dilution of the entire stake held in material subsidiary companies subject to necessary regulatory approval.
