FedEx shares plunge over 11% after dismal earnings: <\/strong>FedEx shares plunged over 11% after it reported dismal quarterly earnings. FedEx\u2019s operating income for the air-based express unit dropped 60% for the second quarter resulting in the company’s decline.<\/p>\n

Glenmark Pharma shares trade flat as Nirma acquires majority stake in Glenmark Life: <\/strong>Glenmark Pharmaceuticals shares initially rose by 1.4 percent but later reversed their gains to trade slightly in the negative on December 20. This shift occurred after the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved Nirma’s acquisition of the majority shareholding in the subsidiary Glenmark Life Sciences.<\/p>\n

Indusind bank sells 2.86% stake in Nippon MF: <\/strong>According to BSE block deal data, the transaction involved the sale of 1.79 crores of shares.  Some of the buyers in this transaction include SBI Mutual fund and ICICI Prudential mutual fund<\/p>\n

ICICI Bank<\/strong>: The Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Sandeep Batra as the Executive Director of the bank with effect from December 23 2023 to December 22, 2025.<\/p>\n

Shree OSFM E-Mobility<\/strong>: The company will list its equity shares on the NSE Emerge on December 21. The issue price is Rs 65 per share. Its equity shares will be available for trading in the trade-for-trade segment.<\/p>\n
