TBO Tek IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 1,550.81 crores. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue of 0.43 crore shares aggregating to Rs 400.00 crores and an offer for sale of 1.25 crore shares aggregating to Rs 1,150.81 crores<\/span><\/p>

TBO Tek IPO opens for subscription on May 8, 2024, and closes on May 10, 2024. The IPO price band is set at \u20b9875 to \u20b9920 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 16 Shares<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

They simplify the business of travel for suppliers such as hotels, airlines, car rentals, transfers, cruises, insurance, rail, and others (collectively, \u201cSuppliers\u201d), and retail buyers such as travel agencies and independent travel advisors (\u201cRetail Buyers\u201d); and enterprise buyers that include tour operators, travel management companies, online travel companies, super-apps and loyalty apps (\u201cEnterprise Buyers\u201d, together with Retail Buyers, \u201cBuyers\u201d) through their two-sided technology platform that enables Suppliers and Buyers to transact seamlessly with each other<\/span><\/p>

  1. <\/b>B2B Rate Model: <\/b><\/strong>where they receive inventory from Suppliers on which they apply a certain markup and pass it on to the Buyers.<\/span><\/li>
