Open a Flattrade DEMAT Account<\/h3><p>Open a Flattrade Free Demat Account, with no AMC charges for demat account. Opening an online account trading and demat account using this <a href=\"https:\/\/instakyc.flattrade.in\/Signup\">link<\/a>.<\/p><ul><li>Completed account opening form<\/li><li>Identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, etc.)<\/li><li>Address proof (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)<\/li><li>Passport-sized photographs<\/li><li>Canceled cheque for linking your bank account<\/li><\/ul><h3>2. Fill the Dematerialization Request Form (DRF)<\/h3><p>Once your DEMAT account is active, you need to obtain and fill out a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/flattrade.in\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Destatemnization-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dematerialization Request Form<\/a>\u00a0(DRF) from your DP. Each share certificate requires a separate DRF.<\/p><h3>3. Submit the DRF and Share Certificates<\/h3><p>Submit the filled DRF along with the original physical share certificates to your DP. Ensure that:<\/p><ul><li>The names on the share certificates match the names on the DEMAT account.<\/li><li>The certificates are not defaced or damaged.<\/li><li>Courier the form and documents to the below address:<br \/><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Fortune Capital Services Pvt Ltd<\/span><br \/>Kochar Technology Park, 6 th Floor,<br \/>1 st Cross Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate,<br \/>Ambattur, Chennai \u2013 600058.<\/li><\/ul><h3>4. DP Verification<\/h3><p>The DP will verify the details on the DRF and the share certificates. If all details are correct, they will forward the request to the respective Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the issuing company.<\/p><h3>5. Processing by the RTA<\/h3><p>The RTA will process the dematerialization request. They verify the authenticity of the share certificates and the details provided.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: nunito, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">The RTA takes up to 20 days to Destatementization and credit the units to the demat account.<\/span><\/p><h3>6. Confirmation of Dematerialization<\/h3><p>Once the RTA verifies and approves your request, the shares will be credited to your DEMAT account. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS from your DP.
