Gift Nifty indicates a flat opening for the broader index in India, with a loss of 14.5 points or 0.06 percent. The Nifty futures were trading aroundthe\u00a0 25,589.50 level.<\/p>

The S&P 500 ended Tuesday’s choppy session slightly lower as investors awaited clarity on U.S. trade policy after President Donald Trump’s latest tariff threats dampened hopes for talks with some trade partners.<\/p>

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 165.60 points, or 0.37%, to 44,240.76, the S&P 500 lost 4.46 points, or 0.07%, to 6,225.52, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 5.95 points, or 0.03%, to 20,418.46.<\/p>

Asian shares opened cautiously as investors held back from taking risky bets after President Donald Trump ruled out extending his August deadline. Copper futures fell on Trump\u2019s tariff threat.<\/p>

Japan\u2019s Nikkei opened almost flat, Hong Kong\u2019s Hang Seng went down nearly 1 percent, while the KOSPI index went up 0.50 percent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Synergy Green Industries<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has received a development order for 3.3 MW turbine parts from Adani Wind. The development phase is expected to be completed in Q3 FY26, with serial production scheduled to begin in Q4 FY26. With this new order, the company\u2019s order book with Adani Wind is projected to double from Rs 20 crore in FY25 to Rs 40 crore in FY26, based on forecasted volumes.<\/p>

Puravankara<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has been selected as the developer for the redevelopment of eight residential societies in Chembur, Mumbai. The gross development value (GDV) of the project is Rs 2,100 crore.<\/p>

Shriram Finance<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The Banking & Finance Committee of the company will meet on July 11 to consider the purchase\/repurchase of outstanding non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issued on a private placement basis.<\/p>

Bajel Projects<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has proposed to increase its galvanization capacity to 1.1 lakh MTPA from the current 40,500 MTPA, with an investment of Rs 170 crore at its Ranjangaon facility. The expansion is aimed at meeting captive demand and boosting sales in both domestic and international markets.<\/p>
