It combines a fresh issue of 1.02 crore shares aggregating to \u20b9280.00 crore and an offer for sale of 0.44 crore shares aggregating to \u20b9120.60 crore.<\/p><p>The IPO opens for subscription on August 7, 2025, and closes on August 11, 2025. The allotment is expected to be finalized on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The price band for the IPO is set at \u20b9260 to \u20b9275 per share, and the minimum lot size for an application is 54 specializing in the manufacturing of plastic houseware products.<\/p><p>The company mainly manufactures consumerware for B2B white-label clients, while also offering products under their proprietary brand, \u201cAll Time Branded Products,\u201d for B2C customers.<\/p><p>As at March 31, 2025, The company had 1,848 stock-keeping units (\u201cSKUs\u201d) across eight categories: Prep Time (kitchen tools for preparing cooking ingredients); Containers (food storage containers); Organization (miscellaneous storage containers); Hangers (various types of hangers); Meal Time (kitchenware); Cleaning Time (cleaning equipment); Bath Time (bathroom products); and Junior (child-friendly tableware, cutlery and other items).<\/p><p>The company has a long-standing relationship with global retailers, including IKEA, Asda Stores Limited, trading as Asda (\u201cAsda\u201d), Michaels Stores, Inc., trading as Michaels (\u201cMichaels\u201d), and Tesco Plc (\u201cTesco\u201d).<\/p><p>In Fiscal 2025, the company sold the All Time Branded Products to 22 modern trade retailers, including Spencer\u2019s Retail Limited, as well as five super distributors and 38 distributors with whom they do business directly across 23 states and six union territories in India.<\/p><p>As of March 31, 2025, the company had 690 employees and 1,589 persons working as contract
