Gift Nifty indicates a positive start for the broader index in India, with a gain of 113.5 points or 0.46 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 24,616.50 level.<\/p>

The Labor Department said the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 0.2% every month in July, while annual inflation came in slightly below forecasts, drawing calls from U.S. President Donald Trump to lower interest rates.<\/p>

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 483.52 points, or 1.10%, to 44,458.61, the S&P 500 gained 72.31 points, or 1.13%, to 6,445.76, and the Nasdaq Composite advanced 296.50 points, or 1.39%, to 21,681.90.<\/p>

Asian markets were trading higher in the early trade, tracking gains on Wall Street after the latest U.S. inflation data raised expectations that the Federal Reserve could cut interest rates next month.<\/p>

Bharat Dynamics<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Shares of Bharat Dynamics are likely to remain in the spotlight on August 13 after the company posted a strong performance for the June quarter (Q1 FY26). Brokerages have maintained a bullish stance on the defence PSU, projecting up to 50 percent upside from current levels, saying its valuations are reasonable.<\/p>

One97 Communications<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Shares of Paytm\u2019s parent, One97 Communications, are likely to see keen investor interest on Wednesday, August 13, after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) granted its subsidiary, Paytm Payments Services Ltd. (PPSL), an in-principle nod to function as an online payment aggregator.<\/p>

The company has acquired 7.54 crore compulsorily convertible preference shares of Zepto (formerly known as Kiranakart Technologies) for Rs 400 crore.<\/p>

Radico Khaitan has received board approval for a strategic investment and partnership. The board has approved the acquisition of a 47.5% equity stake in D\u2019YAVOL Spirits BV and D\u2019YAVOL Spirits for Rs 40 crore.<\/p>

Vodafone Idea<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement and a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of up to a 26% stake in Aditya Birla Renewables SPV 3, a special purpose vehicle formed for the purpose of owning and operating the captive power plant.<\/p>
