Gift Nifty indicates a flat opening for the broader index in India, with a gain of 10 points or 0.04 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 24,700 level.<\/p>

The benchmark S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite Index scored record highs for the second straight session, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished stronger.<\/p>

The Dow gained 1%, the S&P 500 rose 0.32% and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.14%.<\/p>

Asian stocks opened modestly to low, following the economic uncertainty.<\/p>

Infosys<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Infosys will acquire 75% shareholding in Versent Group, an Australian leading digital transformation solutions provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of Telstra Group, for AUD 233.25 million. Telstra will continue to retain a 25% minority stake in Versent Group.<\/p>

ICICI Bank<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

ICICI Bank has slashed the minimum account balance for metro & urban locations to Rs 15,000 from Rs 50,000, for semi-urban to Rs 7,500 from Rs 25,000, and for rural to Rs 2,500 from Rs 10,000.<\/p>

Jubiliant Food<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Shares of Jubilant FoodWorks are set to be in the spotlight on August 12 after the company\u2019s first-quarter performance outpaced market expectations. Demand was fuelled by the introduction of lower-priced menu options and the lure of free deliveries. Despite the beat, brokerages remained cautious, warning that a high base could make it challenging to sustain double-digit revenue growth in the coming quarters.<\/p>

Muthoot Finance<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Shares of Muthoot Finance will be in focus on August 14 after the company delivered a stronger-than-expected June quarter (Q1FY26) performance across all key metrics, supported by stable asset quality. Brokerages responded positively, with some upgrading the stock and projecting up to an 18 percent upside from current levels.<\/p>

Jain Irrigation Systems<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has secured a Rs 135 crore order from MSEDCL under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana \/ PM-KUSUM B Scheme to design, supply, install, and commission 5,438 off-grid DC solar water pumps across Maharashtra.<\/p>
