Gift Nifty indicates a flat to negative start for the broader index in India, with a loss of 53 points or 0.21 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 25,059.50 level.<\/p>

Wall Street’s main indexes fell on Thursday as investors feared potentially hawkish remarks by the Federal Reserve chair on Friday that could spark volatility, while big-box retailer Walmart’s quarterly results dampened sentiment.<\/p>

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 152.81 points, or 0.34%, to 44,785.50, the S&P 500 lost 25.61 points, or 0.40%, to 6,370.17, and the Nasdaq Composite lost 72.54 points, or 0.34%, to 21,100.31.<\/p>

Stocks in Asia edged higher in a shaky start on Friday as anxious traders awaited a speech from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell at the annual Jackson Hole symposium.<\/p>

The company has executed a Share Subscription Agreement with Asar Green Kabadi and its Promoters to acquire 24,643 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS), aggregating to a 25.07% shareholding in Asar Green, for Rs 5 crore.<\/p>

NTPC Green Energy<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company’s subsidiary, NTPC Renewable Energy, has declared commercial operation of the third part capacity of 49.125 MW out of the 300 MW Khavda Solar Energy Project at Khavda, Gujarat, under the 450 MW Hybrid Tranche V Project. The first part capacity of 142.2 MW, and the second part capacity of 32.8 MW, had already been declared commercially operational in June.<\/p>
