Gift Nifty indicates a firm opening for the broader index in India, with a gain of 59 points or 0.23 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the\u00a0 26,149 level.<\/p>

All three major U.S. stock indexes posted record closing highs again on Tuesday as Nvidia shares gained following news it will build artificial intelligence supercomputers for the U.S. energy department, and as investors were optimistic about corporate earnings ahead of key results from megacaps this week.<\/p>

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 161.78 points, or 0.34%, to 47,706.37, the S&P 500 gained 15.73 points, or 0.23%, to 6,890.89, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 190.04 points, or 0.8%, to 23,827.49.<\/p>

Asian shares got a lift from Wall Street on Wednesday thanks to a fresh wave of optimism over artificial intelligence, as investors braced for a busy day headlined by the Federal Reserve’s decision and earnings from technology heavyweights.<\/p>

Japan’s Nikkei and the Taiwanese weighted index went up 2.05 percent and 0.83 percent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Signature Global India<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The real estate developer has raised Rs 875 crore through a private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The proceeds will be used for the development of mid-income and sustainable housing projects and for the reduction of existing debt.<\/p>

V Prasada Raju has resigned as Managing Director and Director of the company, effective October 28. The Board has approved the appointment of Himanshu Agarwal, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, as an Additional Director of the company for a five-year term, effective October 29. ArisInfra Solutions<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions, has announced strategic partnerships with Mumbai-based Transcon Group and Bengaluru-based Amogaya Projects.
