Gift Nifty indicates a positive start for the broader index in India, with a gain of 58 points or 0.23 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 25,723.5 level.<\/p>

Wall Street ended sharply higher on Monday, led by big gains in Nvidia, Palantir, and other heavyweight AI-related companies following progress in Washington to end a record government shutdown.<\/p>

The S&P 500 climbed +1.54% to end the session at 6,832.43 points. The Nasdaq gained +2.27% to 23,527.17 points, its biggest one-day percentage gain since May 27. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose +0.81% to 47,368.63 points.<\/p>

Asian stocks advanced for a second consecutive day as progress toward ending the record-long US government shutdown lifted sentiment, sparking a cross-asset rally from commodities to cryptocurrencies.<\/p>
