Gift Nifty indicates a negative start for the broader index in India, with a loss of 26.5 points or 0.10 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 26,191.50 level.<\/p>

Wall Street stocks slid on Thursday in a sharp reversal from an early rally, as technology gains faded after a boost from Nvidia’s earnings and U.S. jobs data muddied the labor market outlook.<\/p>

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 386.51 points, or -0.84%, to 45,752.26, the S&P 500 lost 103.40 points, or -1.56%, to 6,538.76, and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 486.18 points, or -2.15%, to 22,078.05.<\/p>

Asian shares extended a global rout on Friday as the much-anticipated U.S. jobs data failed to provide clarity on interest rates, with investors returning to dumping riskier assets even after Nvidia’s earnings dazzled.<\/p>

AWL Agri Business<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Promoter Adani Commodities LLP is likely to sell up to a 7% stake in AWL Agri via block deals, with an offer size of Rs 2,501 crore and a floor price of Rs 275 per share. Adani Commodities LLP held a 20% stake in the company as of September 2025.<\/p>

Max Financial Services<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Max Ventures is likely to sell up to 0.46% stake in Max Financial via block deals, with an offer size of Rs 270 crore and a floor price of Rs 1,675.5 per share. As of September 2025, Max Ventures Investment Holdings held a 1.62% stake in Max Financial.<\/p>

Tata Consultancy Services<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

TCS has announced a strategic partnership with global alternative asset management firm TPG to support the growth of its AI data centre business, HyperVault. HyperVault aims to establish AI data centres with capacity in excess of a gigawatt and cater to the growing need for AI-ready data centres.<\/p>

Hyundai Motor India<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has invested an additional Rs 21.46 crore as the second tranche and has been allotted 25,58,405 equity shares in FPEL TN Wind Farm through private placement. Following this infusion, the company now holds a 26.49% stake in FPEL TN Wind Farm, taking its total investment to Rs 38.05 crore.<\/p>

Godrej Properties<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Godrej Skyline Developers, owned by Godrej Properties, has purchased a land parcel at Mauza Takli, Nagpur, from Kesar India for Rs 115.71 crore.<\/p>
