Gift Nifty indicates a flat to positive start for the broader index in India, with a gain of 33.50 points or 0.13 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 26,003 level.<\/p>

Wall Street ended mixed on Thursday, as Nvidia and other technology stocks dipped, while defense companies advanced after President Donald Trump called for an enlarged $1.5 trillion military budget.<\/p>

The S&P 500 climbed 0.01% to end the session at 6,921.45 points. The Nasdaq declined 0.44% to 23,480.02 points, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.55% to 49,266.11 points.<\/p>

Asian equities swung between modest gains and losses, with investors bracing for Friday\u2019s US payrolls report and a possible Supreme Court ruling on President Donald Trump\u2019s tariffs.<\/p>

Japan’s Nikkei and Hong Kong\u2019s Hang Seng went up 1.13 percent and 0.24 percent respectively, while the Taiwanese weighted index slipped -0.34 percent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Astra Microwave Products<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Astra Rafael Comsys, the joint venture company, has received an order worth Rs 275.27 crore from the Indian Air Force for the integration of Software Defined Radio (SDR) on MiG-29 aircraft, installation of Network Centric Application (NCO) on MiG-29 aircraft, and procurement of 24 SDRs for LCA Mk-1A aircraft.<\/p>

Waaree Renewable Technologies<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has received a Letter of Award for a revised project capacity of 704 MWac \/ 1,000 MWp. The commercial order value has been reduced from Rs 1,252.43 crore to Rs 1,039.60 crore, resulting in a reduction of Rs 212.83 crore. All other terms of the project remain unchanged.<\/p>

Andhra Cements<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Promoter Sagar Cements will sell up to 75 lakh equity shares of Andhra Cements (representing 8.14% of the total paid-up equity) via an offer-for-sale from January 9\u201312 to comply with minimum public shareholding norms. The floor price for the offer has been fixed at Rs 72 per share.<\/p>

Prestige Estates Projects<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Prestige Group, through Canopy Living LLP, a joint venture between Prestige Estates Projects and Arihant Foundations & Housing, has signed an Agreement to Sell for the purchase of a land parcel measuring 16.381 acres at Padi, Chennai.<\/p>

Devyani International<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company\u2019s subsidiary, Sky Gate Hospitality, has completed the sale of its entire 51% equity stake in Peanutbutter and Jelly to Heritage Foods. Consequently, Peanutbutter and Jelly has ceased to be a subsidiary of Sky Gate Hospitality and a step-down subsidiary of the company with immediate effect.<\/p>
