Gift Nifty indicates a positive start for the broader index in India, with a gain of 94 points or 0.38 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 24,880 level.<\/p>

Wall Street’s main indexes closed lower on Friday as investors viewed President Donald Trump’s nomination of former Federal Reserve Governor Kevin Warsh as a hawkish choice to succeed Federal Reserve Chair \u200bJerome Powell, while also digesting earnings reports and a high inflation reading.<\/p>

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 179.09 points, or 0.36%, to 48,892.47, the S&P 500 lost 29.98 points, or 0.43%, to 6,939.03, and the Nasdaq Composite lost 223.30 points, or 0.94%, to 23,461.82.<\/p>

Asian share markets mostly followed Wall Street futures lower on Monday as chaotic trading in silver made for a nervous start to a week that is packed with corporate earnings, central bank meetings, and major economic data.<\/p>

Japan’s Nikkei went up 0.33 percent, while Hong Kong\u2019s Hang Seng and the Taiwanese weighted index went down -1.34 and -1.69 percent, respectively.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Tourism Finance Corporation of India<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has decided to act as an investor of up to 5 percent of the corpus in Oxyzo Credit Fund I, a debt-focused, diversified sectors Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).<\/p>

Gabion Technologies India<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has received vendor approval \/ a Notice of No Objection (NONO) for its rock catch fence\/barrier system for use in Package C3 of the Mumbai\u2013Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) project. Package C3 of the MAHSR project has been awarded to Larsen & Toubro Construction and includes the execution of civil works such as viaducts, tunnels, earthworks, and slope protection systems.<\/p>

India Homes<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Lloyds Enterprises has purchased 71 lakh shares, equivalent to 1.78 percent of the paid-up equity, in India Homes at Rs 13.8 per share for a total consideration of Rs 9.79 crore. Meanwhile, MK Banka (HUF) sold 68.25 lakh shares at the same price. As per the December 2025 shareholding pattern, Lloyds Enterprises held a 3.43 percent equity stake in India Homes.<\/p>

Onward Technologies<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Rational Equity Flagship Fund I, backed by Krishnamurthy Narayanan Iyer, former India CEO of Walmart, has acquired 1.14 lakh shares, representing a 0.5 percent stake, in Onward Technologies at Rs 348.16 per share for a total value of Rs 3.99 crore.<\/p>
