Gift Nifty indicates a negative opening for the broader index in India, with a loss of 487 points or 2.13 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 22,364 level.<\/p>

Wall Street ended higher on Wednesday, with strong gains in Alphabet and other heavyweights, after U.S. President Donald Trump suggested \u200can end to the Middle East conflict could be close.<\/p>

The S&P 500 climbed 0.72% to end the session at 6,575.32 points. The Nasdaq gained 1.16% to 21,840.95 points, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.48% to 46,565.74 points.<\/p>

Asian stocks extended their losses after President Donald Trump said the US would hit Iran extremely hard over the next two to three weeks, damping hopes for a swift resolution to the conflict.<\/p>

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA, has announced that it will manage the end-to-end commercialization and distribution of Ryaltris (Olopatadine Hydrochloride and Mometasone Furoate) Nasal Spray, 665 mcg\/25 mcg, in the United States, effective April 1. Ryaltris was launched in the United States in 2022 and is used for the treatment of symptoms associated with Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (SAR) in adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and above.<\/p>

Prestige Estates Projects<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company has secured a prime land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram, and entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17.212-acre land parcel. The proposed development is expected to have a saleable area of approximately 3 million square feet, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 4,200 crore.<\/p>

Lupin<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The company\u2019s subsidiary, Nanomi BV, Netherlands, has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 43.38% stake in Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc. (MPPI), a subsidiary of Nanomi, for $39.6 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by May 2026.<\/p>
