validating the technical and regulatory feasibility of the technology.<\/p><p><strong><b>Cartrade Tech<br \/><\/b><\/strong>Shares of CarTrade Tech Ltd surged more than 6 percent on Thursday after the company reported record annual earnings and strong fiscal fourth quarter growth, supported by sharp expansion in profitability across its businesses.
