The last date for trading Rights Entitlements is December 15, 2021. The Rights Issue will close on December 21, 2021, according to its exchange filing.<\/p>\n<p>You are informed that the purchase of REs only gives you the right to participate in the ongoing Rights Issue of the company by making an application with requisite application money or renounce the REs before the issue closes.<\/p>\n<p>REs which are neither subscribed nor renounced, on or before the issue closing date shall lapse and will be extinguished after the issue closing date.<\/p>\n<p>The company with symbol VECO-RE1 will be traded in the trade-to-trade segment in demat. The issue price is Rs 1.60 apiece and the face value is Re 1 per equity share.
