PRE MARKET
Gift Nifty indicates a positive start for the broader index in India, with a gain of 42 points or 0.16 percent. The Nifty futures were trading around the 26,004 level.
Wall Street stocks ended mixed on Friday as investors looked ahead to Nvidia’s quarterly results next week and worried that the Federal Reserve may hold off on cutting U.S. interest rates in December.
The Nasdaq gained 0.13% to 22,900.59 points, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 0.65% to 47,147.48 points.
Asian shares were off to a cautious start to the week, with a barrage of US economic data and earnings from AI bellwether Nvidia Corp. expected to shape the market narrative.
Japan’s Nikkei, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng went down 0.70 percent and 0.38 percent, respectively, while the Taiwanese weighted index went up 0.53 percent.

Websol Energy System
The solar cells and modules manufacturer, through its subsidiary Websol Renewables, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) to develop a 4 GW integrated solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh.
TruAlt Bioenergy
The biofuels producer has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) to develop one of the world’s largest Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production facilities in Andhra Pradesh. Under the MoU, TruAlt will invest approximately Rs 2,250 crore to establish an integrated ethanol-to-SAF manufacturing facility.
Alembic Pharmaceuticals
The company has received final approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Diltiazem Hydrochloride tablets. Diltiazem Hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the management of chronic stable angina.
Lupin
The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed a product-specific Pre-Approval Inspection at the company’s Unit-1 oral solid dosage manufacturing facility in Nagpur. The inspection was carried out from November 10 to 14 and concluded with zero 483 observations.
Maruti Suzuki India
The leading carmaker has announced a recall of 39,506 Grand Vitara units manufactured from December 9, 2024, to April 29, 2025. It is suspected that the fuel level indicator and warning light in the speedometer assembly (Part) in some of these vehicles may not accurately reflect the fuel status as intended.
Ola Electric Mobility
The company has commenced test rides of its 4680 Bharat Cell–powered vehicles at its flagship stores across India. The S1 Pro+ (5.2 kWh) is the first product to be powered by the company’s indigenously manufactured 4680 Bharat Cell battery pack.
