POST MARKET
The equity benchmark indices extended their decline to the third straight session on Tuesday as weakness in the rupee, continued foreign fund outflows and profit-booking in private bank stocks weighed on investor sentiment.
At close, the Sensex was down 503.63 points or 0.59 percent at 85,138.27, and the Nifty was down 143.55 points or 0.55 percent at 26,032.20. About 1518 shares advanced, 2453 shares declined, and 158 shares unchanged.
All the sectoral indices ended in the red with metal, oil & gas, private Bank, consumer durables, media index down 0.5% each.
Interglobe Aviation, Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank were among top losers on the Nifty, while gainers included Asian Paints, Tech Mahindra, Dr Reddy’s Labs, SBI Life Insurance and Maruti Suzuki.
Among the broader market indices, the BSE Midcap index ended marginally lower, while Smallcap index fell 0.6%.

SPARC
The shares of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) jumped almost 20 percent. This comes after US District Court for the District of Columbia has granted summary judgement in favour of the company in regard with the issuance of Priority Review Voucher (PRV) associated with the approval of Sezaby.
Vodafone Idea
The shares of Vodafone Idea (Vi) jumped almost 2.5 percent after Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that the Centre may finalise the telecom company’s AGR relief recommendations in the coming weeks.
Swiggy
Shares of food and grocery delivery platform Swiggy rose 2.28 percent after the firm is said to be preparing to raise as much as Rs 10,000 crore from institutional investors. The board approved plans on November 7 to raise the money through a qualified institutional placement, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
KPI Green Energy
KPI Green Energy shares went up over 2 percent after the company secured an order worth Rs 489 crore from Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL). The project is for the engineering, procurement and construction of a 142 MW (DC)/110 MW (AC) floating solar photovoltaic project at the reservoir of the Kadana Dam in Mahisagar district, Gujarat, KPI Green Energy said in an exchange filing.
