The Final Verdict

SRIT India Limited enters the primary market with a mature 26-year operating history in complex system integration, enterprise software delivery, and institutional governance platforms. Operating with prestigious CMMI Level 5 and SSE-CMM delivery appraisals, the firm has positioned itself effectively across three high-barrier public-sector and enterprise domains: digital health infrastructure, e-governance solutions, and broadband optical connectivity. With over 103 major projects executed to date and an aggregate order track record of over ₹1,230 Cr, the business benefits from deep institutional relationships and high switching costs.

Financially, the company displays commendable performance. FY26 total income expanded 15% to ₹462.54 Cr, while profit after tax (PAT) rose by 29% to ₹43.29 Cr. Profitability is paired with high capital efficiency, evident in an ROE of 30.23% and ROCE of 28.79%, while total borrowings remain low at ₹36.15 Cr (Debt/Equity of 0.23x). Notably, the offering is 100% primary fresh capital (₹218.40 Cr) with zero secondary promoter share offloading, dedicating ₹124 Cr to fuel working capital needs and ₹12.86 Cr to software modernization. At the upper price band of ₹130, the stock commands a post-issue P/E multiple of 19.29x against a market capitalization of ₹835.53 Cr, comparing favorably against software peers such as CSM Technologies (31.05x) and Fractal Analytics (65.50x). Investors seeking profitable exposure to digital transformation and government digitization cycles can evaluate this issue with a medium-to-long-term view.
