How to modify your address in Flattrade?

• Login to the wall https://wall.flattrade.in/ using your client ID, password, and OPT/ TOTP

• Select ‘My Account’ on the Wall home page

• Click ‘Personal’ on the My Account page

• Choose the Edit address option

• Confirm to update the details with the OTP sent to Email or phone

• Enter the OTP received through Email or Phone

• Modify your address as per KRA or using Digilocker

• You will be required to do IPV (In-Person Verification) by clicking a selfie for verification
  
  Note: You have to allow the following access: Location, Camera, Microphone to complete IPV

• Capture a clear selfie of yourself to complete the IPV

• Click Continue after uploading the selfie

• Preview the document and again click continue

• Esign the document by Entering your Aadhar number, make sure to tick the consent box before clicking request OTP

• Enter the OTP received to your registered mobile number and click validate OTP

• Your address change request will be submitted for updation, and you will be notified once the address is updated in your KRA and Different Exchanges.

Note: Address modification will take up to 48 hours of trading days to update in KRA and Exchange
