How to cancel an SWP order?

• Log in to the Novo app/web
• On the home page, click on Your Plans
• Choose SWP from the plan options
• Now, choose the specific SWP you want to cancel
• Go to the Manage tab
• Click Cancel SWP

Your SWP order is now cancelled
