What is the minimum & maximum investment one could do in the HNI category?

As an HNI, your minimum investment amount will be more than Rs 200,000 in an IPO and there is no limit for maximum investment for an HNI investor. According to SEBI rule, the company issuing shares in an IPO must reserve a minimum of 15% of the IPO for the NII category. The allotment happens proportionately.
