How can I redeem my Mutual Fund units?

You can redeem your Mutual Fund units using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Enable DDPI (Recommended)
Enable DDPI from our wall platform to redeem your Mutual Fund units seamlessly through the Novo platform, without any paperwork.

Option 2: Use DIS Slip Book
If DDPI is not enabled, you may request a DIS slip book by writing to [email protected].
The DIS slip book will be sent to your registered address.

Once received, please:

1. Fill in the Mutual Fund details and the number of units to be redeemed

2. Sign the DIS slip

3. Courier the completed DIS slip to the following address:
