How do I withdraw money from my trading account?

  • Open the Funds tab in the trading platform and click withdraw

 

  • Enter the amount to be withdrawn and click submit withdraw request

 

  • After clicking the ‘submit withdraw request’ button, the withdrawal request will be submitted and it will be shown on the screen along with the payout date on when the amount will be credited

 

Note that the last withdrawal request placed will only be processed. So, It is possible to change the amount of funds to be withdrawn after giving the withdrawal request.

Clients can cancel and give fresh withdrawal requests or straight away give a new withdrawal request that will modify the already given request.

Payout Schedule
  • Payout requests given before 8 a.m. on a trading day, will be processed and transferred on the same day
  • Those payout requests that are given after 8 a.m. on a trading day will be processed and settled on the following trading day
