Log in to the wall by using your client ID, password, and PAN
Select ‘My Account’ on the Wall home page
Select ‘Trading’ on the My Account page
Select ‘Closure’ on the page
Confirm to update the details with OTP sent to E-mail or phone
Enter the OTP received through Email or Phone and click verify
Check your account details, whether you have holding or position and other before clicking continue.
Note: If you have any existing shares in your account, then your account cannot be closed
Enter your Reason, Feedback and click Submit
Read the account closure letter and click continue
Enter your Aadhar number, make sure to tick the consent box before clicking request otp
Enter the OTP received to your registered mobile number and click validate otp
Once the process is completed, your account closure request will reach your RM, and you will get a call from your RM regarding confirmation for account closure.
Upon your confirmation, your account at Flattrade will be closed.
