  • Navigate to the Mandate section

  • Click the Pause option on your currently active autopay
  • Click ‘Pause’ to confirm pausing your auto-pay setup.
  • To resume the autopay setup,
    Click the Resume option on your autopay setup
  • Click ‘Resume’ to confirm resuming your auto-pay setup.
