How to place a redemption order?

You can place redemption order in our online investment platform, NOVO, Flattrade. Please follow the steps below:

• Select the Fund: From among the mutual funds, select the one whose units you will be redeeming.
• Redemption Details: Enter the number of units you want to redeem, also you may opt to redeem the amount in full
• Confirm Transaction: Validate the redemption amount or the number of units and confirm the order so that a redemption request can be processed
• Payment Confirmation: As soon as you redeem, the amount will be credited to the bank account registered with you (it usually takes 1-3 working days from the T-day except for global funds).
