My payment request has failed, when can I expect a refund in my bank account?

If your UPI has failed and funds were debited from your account, they would be reversed to your bank account instantly or in the next 3-5 working days.

If you do not receive your refund within this TAT kindly provide us with a screenshot of your bank statement and send the transaction details to the at [email protected] which will help us in checking your failed transaction.
