What is the difference between Floor Price and Cut-Off Price for a Book Building Issue?

Floor Price is the price at and above which you as an investor can place your orders. The floor price is the lower end of the price band, subject to any revisions, but will not be less than the face value of equity shares. Cut-Off price is the issue price. This Cut-off Price of a share is decided by the issuer company based on the demand of its share during the IPOs.
