Why are my API orders getting rejected due to invalid IP address?
Orders may be rejected due to an invalid IP address mismatch if your registered IP does not match the IP used during API access.
To resolve this issue:
Obtain a Private Static IP or Elastic IP from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure).
You can register up to two IP addresses (Primary and Secondary) with your API key.
Key Rule:
If the access token is generated using the Primary IP, then all order requests must also originate from the same Primary IP.
The same applies to the Secondary IP.
Any mismatch between token generation IP and order placement IP will result in rejection.
